By accessing the Asante Automation (AASS) Client Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our digital services. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, employees, and administrators.
2. User Registration & Security
- Hub Verification: Access to the AASS Client Portal requires a valid, registered Hub Serial number.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Authorized Use: Unauthorized attempts to access system hardware or peer accounts will result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.
3. Limitations of Liability
While Asante Automation provides state-of-the-art security systems, we are not liable for system outages caused by third-party internet service providers or improper maintenance of hardware by the user. Our services are intended to enhance your security, not replace professional law enforcement.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our digital portal at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for any updates that significantly impact user access.
